Wednesday at CES

I’ve got my second day CES coverage up at Tom’s Hardware.

One of the funnier bits I ran across was the dueling AMD / Nvidia booths in the North Hall foyer. I’m not sure if this was intentional, or an accident, but they’re almost right next to each other.

The potentially coolest thing I saw was Nvidia’s FG100 DX11 graphics card actually running in a PC. No word on final specs, pricing or power consumption, though. Now it’s off to CES Thursday and more meetings.

I just got done reading them. Little hard to sort your post out but I found it. I do want to see more SSD using the SATA III, however, as well as prices falling (it would be nice to get a gig a buck, would it not?). Looks like some good tech though. One thing that caught my eye was the Shuttle showcase, that will open up the possibility of a COMPLETE DIY notebook. I have been wanting to see this happen, and it seems like it won’t be long until it does.

Also how did the GF100 really look? Was it that “Next big thing” that NVidia is trying to tell us? Is it worth the wait for Content creators?
